During the Super 4 match of the Asia Cup 2023 on September 11 at R.Premadasa Stadium in Colombo, India's star batsman Virat Kohli unleashed his wrath once more on Pakistan. In only 267 innings, Kohli became the fastest player to attain 13,000 runs in ODIs.
Notably, the batting sensation scored 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12,000 runs in the format the quickest. In addition, Kohli scored his 112th fifty or more in the format, placing him third behind Kumar Sangakkara (118) and Sachin Tendulkar (145).
