Siraj, who previously occupied the ninth position, has made a significant ascent up the rankings with this rise. The Indian pacer has now surpassed Josh Hazlewood of Australia.
Siraj's astute performance in the Asia Cup was crucial to his rise in the rankings. His exceptional spell of 6/21 in the final not only propelled India to victory, but also propelled him to the top of the ODI bowling rankings.
