IPL 2023 prize money details: MS Dhoni's Chennai Super Kings (CSK) will face the defending champions Gujarat Titans (GT) in the final of this season's Indian Premier League (IPL). The CSK are looking to tie the record for most titles won in domestic cricket's greatest extravaganza. Dhoni & Co. will face Pandya & Co. in the IPL 2023 championship match at the renowned Narendra Modi Stadium. GT recorded a comprehensive victory over CSK in the opening match of the 16th season of the Indian Premier League in Ahmedabad, India.
In the IPL 2023 quarterfinals at the Chepauk, the second-placed CSK avenged their league-stage loss to Pandya's team after finishing behind table-topping Gujarat. This was also CSK's first IPL victory over Gujarat Titans. While CSK vanquished Pandya's GT team in the Qualifier to advance to the final, the defending champions defeated five-time champions Mumbai Indians (MI) in Qualifier 2 to secure their spot in the championship match.

Each recipient of the Purple Cap and Orange Cap will receive 15 lakh in cash. The victor of this year's IPL will receive 20 crore rupees, while the runner-up will receive 13 crore rupees.
The IPL's Emerging Player of the Tournament will receive 20 lakh in prize money, while the Most Valuable Player of the season will receive 12 lakh. The champions of Power Player of the Season, Super Striker of the Season, and Game Changer of the Season will receive 15 lakh in cash. Six add-on honors (each worth 1 lakh) were up for grabs during the league phase of the IPL 2023.
