We want to foster an environment in which everyone can attempt new things without fear. I am aware that this has not always been the case, despite the fact that we have always had the capacity to do so. Nothing is held back. Communicate yourself. Show us your true abilities. "As captain, I won't be berating people for trying to play a big shot in press conferences or the media," he added.
Since 2015, England will win the Ashes for the first time.
