There Cannot Be A Bigger Cricketer Than MS Dhoni In India-Harbhajan Singh

MS Dhoni was praised by former Indian off-spinner Harbhajan Singh. Dhoni remains a globally renowned cricketer. On August 15, 2020, he concluded his illustrious international career. He concluded his international tenure with 17,266 runs, 108 half-centuries, 16 tons, 634 catches, 359 sixes, and 195 stumpings, in addition to leading India to the 2007 T20 World Cup, 2011 ODI World Cup, and 2013 Champions Trophy.

Dhoni has previously played for the defunct Rising Pune Supergiants (RPS) and his current team, Chennai Super Kings (CSK), in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Dhoni has led CSK to the title four times, as well as to two Champions League (CLT20) trophies. In addition, Chennai have finished as runners-up on five occasions and have qualified for the semifinals on eleven of their thirteen appearances, all under MSD.

Dhoni has scored over 5,000 runs in the IPL and was recently the first player to captain an IPL team (CSK) in 200 matches. Therefore, he has an enormous fan base in cricket, particularly in India. Due to the possibility that IPL 2023 will be his final season, a significant number of his supporters have attended CSK's matches thus far.

Recently, former India and CSK spinner Harbhajan praised Dhoni and stated on Star Sports, "Mahendra Singh Dhoni is one and only. He cannot be surpassed as India's greatest bowler. No one has more fans than him," Harbhajan said on Star Sports.

"Dhoni has taken this fandom seriously, and he respects his comrades as well. He walks with so much love and emotion that any other person would go insane, but Dhoni has carried this love and emotion in his heart for 15 years and he has not changed."

After their first five games, CSK, guided by Dhoni, is in third place in the standings. On Friday evening (April 21), they will host the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai for match number 29 of this season's tournament. At Chepauk, CSK has a 3-0 advantage over SRH.
