IPL 2023 RCB vs MI: Probable 11,Pitch report and Predictions

In the fifth game of the Indian Premier League 2023, the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) will play the Mumbai Indians (MI) on Sunday, April 2, at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. Last season, Royal Challengers placed fourth and made the playoffs for the third time in a row. They did this by winning eight of their 14 games.

At the mini-auction in December of last year, they made some smart moves. They paid 1.9 crores for the English fast bowler Reece Topley and 3.2 crores for Will Jacks. Jacks can't play in the event because he hurt his thigh. Michael Bracewell will take his place. Last season, RCB played one game against the Mumbai Indians, which they won by seven runs.

The Mumbai Indians have been the most successful team in the history of the IPL, but they came in last place for the first time in 2021. They only won four of the 14 games they played during the season. It was also the first time MI won less than five games. Before the mini-auction last year, they bought Jason Behrendorff from the RCB.

Cameron Green was the second most expensive player ever to be bought at an auction. He was bought for INR 17.5 crores. At the auction, they chose a total of seven more people. MI will not have Jasprit Bumrah this year because he has been taken out of the competition. His spot has been taken by Sandeep Warrier.

IPL 2023 RCB VS MI: Pitch reprt

The M.Chinnaswamy Stadium pitch is known for having shorter lines, which has made it hard for bowlers to stop runs in the past. Only at this site have the two highest scores in IPL history been made. This game could be won by the hitters, and there could be a lot of runs scored. Since this game is in the evening, the dew could also be important.
