In the current ACC Men's Emerging Teams Asia Cup 2023, pace sensation Rajvardhan Hangargekar utterly decimated Pakistan A's batting unit. In the fourth over of the match, the 20-year-old surpassed Saim Ayub and scored the first run. He later took the crucial wicket of Omair Yousuf, as Pakistan had a poor start to the game.

Nikin Jose, who batted at number three, provided solid support in the middle as India chased down the target in 37 overs and won the match by eight wickets.
With the victory, India concluded as the league's top team and advanced to the competition's semifinals. Next, they will face Bangladesh on July 21 at R Premadasa in Colombo, and if they advance to the finals, they will play on July 23. Intriguingly, the brand of cricket India have played thus far, and the team's confidence in their ability to bring home the trophy.
