Here's why start of 3rd T20I was delayed between IND vs WI
The umpires and the players had already made their way out in the middle but had to walk off as mark of 30 yard circle were missing.
The third T20I International of the series between India and West Indies took place at Providence Stadium in Guyana. Rovman Powell, captain of the West Indies, won the toss and elected to bat first. However, the start of the game was delayed because the groundsmen forgot to draw the 30-yard circle on the ground. The umpires and players were already on the field, but they were forced to leave, delaying the start of the game by a few minutes.
During the Test series, Indian off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin highlighted the inadequate infrastructure in the West Indies. The 36-year-old mentioned the low quality of the available practise nets to shed light on the country's deteriorating cricketing standard.
India, meanwhile, registered their first win of the series and have made two lineup changes. Ishan Kishan has been replaced by the youthful sensation Yashasvi Jaiswal, while wrist spinner Ravi Bishnoi has been replaced by Kuldeep Yadav.

India were on the verge of losing their first T20I series against West Indies since 2017, and India's skipper, Hardik Pandya, hopefully was able to such a record. The all-rounder has been criticised for his decisions thus far in the series, as he did not bowl Yuzvendra Chahal's complete quota of overs in the second T20I.
