According to Pakistan captain Babar Azam, the team's limited exposure to Indian conditions is not expected to adversely impact their pursuit of a second ODI World Cup championship, given the unique nature of their upcoming journey to the neighboring nation. The bilateral cricket matches between the neighboring countries continue to be suspended due to the strained political relations between them.

Pakistan's esteemed cricketer, Babar Azam, expresses his enthusiasm for participating in the upcoming match in Ahmedabad, India. Despite the unfamiliarity with the Indian circumstances, Azam remains undeterred and exhibits no concerns.

Commencing their journey from Lahore during the early hours of Wednesday, the individuals arrived in Hyderabad in the late hours of the same day.

Pakistan's itinerary encompasses an inaugural warm-up encounter against New Zealand on September 29, succeeded by a confrontation with Australia on October 3. The commencement of their World Cup campaign is marked by a match against the Netherlands in Hyderabad, followed by a scheduled encounter with Sri Lanka on October 10th.

Notably, the Pakistani players successfully secured their Indian visas with a narrow window of less than 48 hours remaining prior to their scheduled departure. It is noteworthy that the encounters between India and Pakistan are limited to the Asia Cup and ICC competitions, primarily due to the fragile diplomatic relations between the two nations.
