Jason Behrendorff rattled the Sunrisers Hyderabad early in their pursuit of 193 by removing Jason Behrendorff and Rahul Tripathi. Aiden Markram and Mayank Agarwal appeared to be getting the pursuit back on track, but the SRH captain was eventually dismissed by Cameron Green. Then, Cameron Green took over and reached his fifty in just 33 deliveries. Green and Tim David provided the concluding touches as the five-time champions scored over 60 runs in the final five overs, aided by Green and David. It enabled them reach 192/5 after 20 overs.
