On Sunday, the Indian Premier League (IPL) final will take place at the largest cricket stadium in the world, the renowned Narendra Modi Stadium. Defending champions Gujarat Titans (GT) face former champions MS Dhoni's Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the IPL 2023 final at Ahmedabad. Hardik Pandya and co. face off against MS Dhoni's Chennai Super Kings (CSK). The legendary Indian cricketer Dhoni is seeking a record-tying fifth IPL championship with CSK, while Pandya's GT can become the third side to win consecutive IPL championships.

Pandya's GT, hoping to effectively defend their title in the final, will have the advantage of playing at home against CSK in Ahmedabad. According to recent developments, the presence of the monsoon gods can be felt in Ahmedabad. According to Accuweather, overnight temperatures in Ahmedabad will hover around 28 degrees Celsius. Today's matchday will experience a few evening thunderstorms due to the cloudy weather. There will be 56% cloud cover and 2 hours of precipitation expected. Note also that the probability of thunderstorms during the night is 61%.

In the IPL playoffs, Dhoni's CSK defeated GT for the first time to advance to the final. The Gujarat Titans have three victories over Dhoni and company in the elite tournament, giving them the advantage over CSK.
