Complete Schedule: India tour of West Indies 2023
The multi-format tour between India and West Indies will see them lock horns in two Tests, three ODIs, and five T20Is.
Cricket The West Indies have announced the schedule and venues for the anticipated series against India, which will begin with two Test matches. India and West Indies will compete in two Tests, three ODIs, and five T20Is during the tour. The two Tests will be part of the World Test Championship cycle from 2023 to 2025. The first Test will be played at Windsor Park in Dominica from 12 to 16 July, while the second will be played at Queen's Park Oval in Trinidad from 20 to 24 July.
The second Test of the series will be the 100th Test played between the two countries. The first one-day international will be contested at Kensington Oval in Barbados, and the series will conclude on August 1, followed by five Twenty20 Internationals.
"We are delighted to clarify the itinerary and venues for India's highly anticipated visit. One of the highlights will be the 100th Test at Queen's Park Oval, which promises to be a magnificent occasion as we celebrate this historic event between these two proud cricketing nations, according to Johnny Grave, CEO of CWI, who was quoted on WI's official website.
"We also look forward to hosting India in the white ball fixtures and to welcoming fans from the region and the United States to witness the matches. It will be 18 days of entertainment and enjoyment for cricket fans," he added.
