Shikhar Dhawan will be their new leader for the next season, and they hope it will be a much better one. They will have to quickly find the right mix if they want to win the IPL in 2023.

The Knight Riders, on the other hand, have taken a big hit before the 16th season of the IPL. Shreyas Iyer, their captain, will miss most of the season. Nitish Rana has been put in charge of the team for now. He will try to lead by example and try to help KKR win their third title. They have a lot of experience and will try to get off to a good start in their quest.
