England's hosting of the Ashes in 2023 started off to the worst possible start. As the third Test of the marquee series approaches, the Ben Stokes-led side will be desperate in their quest for answers after losing the first two Tests against Australia.

Beginning on July 6, the third Test of the Ashes 2023 will be played at Headingley in Leeds. Prior to the contest, England announced their starting lineup for the third match. Notable is the insertion of Mark Wood and Chris Woakes into the lineup in place of Josh Tongue and James Anderson.
